If you have to give a vote to the health system that has taken care of you from zero, very bad, to ten, very good. How do you will vote for your personal experience? Actually, I have to split the vote in two parts. The hospital, I can give four, but the professionals, I can give nine or ten, so. Okay, from your answer, I can actually understand that one of the big problem that patients are facing is to have a better quality of management in terms of taking care, places where to do the visits and how easy is to book a reservation, how easy is to get access to the hospital or to the outpatient.
Treatments, hospitals, they depend from hospitals, from healthcare in general. But we have qualified professionals, very qualified professional, that try every day to help us in every way. So ten for them. And do you think that the. Ten for you. Do you think the Patient's Association is useful for patients or did the Patient's Association did anything for you? Yes, absolutely.
Until today we fought against all the bureaucracy that there is behind all step for treatment or for management, for professionals that are not enough for us, for example, in Palermo, the centre is getting bigger than before, but we have not enough professional that can take care of us. So we are fighting. As a matter of fact, in the past, we have seen a lot of health migration from the south to the north of Italy because of these problems. And although the real problem is to set up optimal conditions to treat these rare diseases because myasthenia is a rare and a chronic disease. And since, I mean, there are very low percentages of that due to myasthenia, people, a person, a patient can live for a very long time with this disease. So it is clear that we have to adapt to improve the condition of managing these patients.
