Professor Marcus Maurer
Professor of Dermatology and Allergy at the Allergie-Centrum- Charité, Department of Dermatology and Allergy, Charité – Universitätsmedizin Berlin, Germany. He is also the Director of Research at the Department of Dermatology and Allergy, Associate Director of the Allergie-Centrum- Charité, and Head of the Speciality Clinics for angioedema, hereditary angioedema, urticaria, mastocytosis, pruritus, auto-inflammatory disorders, and the Dermatological Allergology Laboratory.

Dr Thomas Buttgereit
Dr Thomas Buttgereit is a dermatologist and allergist at ACARE Berlin, Germany. He regularly gives consultations for patients with different types of recurrent angioedema, including patients with hereditary angioedema (HAE). His special interests are clinical and basic research on mast cell-mediated angioedema, HAE due to C1 inhibitor (C1INH) deficiency and HAE with normal C1INH.
