Professor Michelle A Petri

Professor Petri is a Professor of Medicine in the Division of Rheumatology and Director of the Lupus Center at the Johns Hopkins University School of Medicine and Johns Hopkins Hospital. Professor Petri started the Hopkins Lupus Cohort in 1987 and today her research focuses on several aspects of systemic lupus erythematosus (SLE), including atherosclerosis, antiphospholipid syndrome, lupus nephritis, and pregnancy.

Professor Richard A Furie

Professor Furie, Chief of the Division of Rheumatology at Northwell Health, is a rheumatologist whose activities focus on patient care, physician education, and clinical research in the area of anti-rheumatic drug development. He directs The Program in Novel Therapeutics, the Health System’s clinical research program in musculoskeletal disease. He also directs the Hospital’s SLE and Autoimmune Disease Treatment Center.

Professor Daniel J Wallace

Professor Wallace is a Professor of Medicine in the David Geffen School of Medicine at University of California, Los Angeles (UCLA) and Cedars-Sinai Medical Center, where he specialises in rheumatology. Since 2010, Professor Wallace has been Associate Director of the Rheumatology Fellowship Program at Cedars-Sinai Medical Center, where he is also a member of the Board of Governors.
