Yeah overall, the findings of first two studies highlight the need of a comprehensive multidisciplinary approach to CSU care.

Systemic diseases were found to be notably more common in those CSU, psychiatric comorbidities were also more common in these patients with elevated rates of anxiety, panic attacks reported addressing both dermatological symptoms and associated systemic psychiatric and larger conditions may be key to improving quality of life and long-term outcomes of patients.

This study also emphasised that in treatment of CSU, the focus should not be only on the urticaria itself, but it should be considered in the conjunction with other systemic disease and their treatments. All existing, co-existing conditions and appropriate treatments should be addressed as simultaneously through the multidisciplinary approach.
