Well, the most important advice I can give to cardiologists and neurologists is to think of amyloidosis, and also, that's not enough. But because when they suspect amyloidosis they should accompany the patients in the first steps of testing even if this is quite highly specialised testing. So, we need to help the physicians of different specialties working in the field, not only to think of amyloidosis but also to appropriately and effectively direct patients to the first testing so that they don't waste time. I think this is vital. And the Heidelberg meeting was one, I would say fruitful opportunity, to start doing so.
