Primary Sjogren's Syndrome (pSS) is a classic, immune-mediated, condition of unknown aetiology characterized by focal lymphocytic infiltration of exocrine glands. Patients characteristically complain of drying of the eyes and mucosal surfaces along with fatigue and arthralgia.
