International Prostate Cancer Update 2018 (IPCU 28) January 24 -27, 2018
IPCU 28, being held January 24-27, 2018 at the Westin Riverfront in Beaver Creek, Colorado, USA.
The 28th Annual International Prostate Cancer Update (IPCU 28) will bring together around 400 leading experts from around the world to discuss the latest in treatment, diagnosis and ongoing research in Prostate Cancer. The conference will contain debates, lectures, interactive discussions and multidisciplinary education programs.
The International Prostate Cancer Update (IPCU) educational planning committee has identified the following educational gaps between recent research in Prostate Cancer and its integration into professional practice at the international, national, and community levels:
• Current best practices in prevention and screening of Prostate Cancer
• Updates on the use of biomarkers
• Promising therapies, issues, and economic concerns in the treatment of local disease
• The sequencing of available therapies in 2017
• Emerging treatment options for localized, advanced, and castration-resistant PCa
There is a need for medical oncologists, pharmacists, radiation oncologists and nurses to understand the rationale behind targeted therapy for the treatment of localized and advanced Prostate Cancer.
This conference seeks to educate urologists and other healthcare professionals about the latest advances in screening, prevention and treatment of Prostate Cancer.
