Sanofi seeks to acquire Medivation.
Sanofi has made an offer to acquire Medivation but the offer has been rejected by the Medivation board of directors which maybe seeking a higher offer. Medivation has in development pidilizumab an immune oncology drug for B Cell Lymphoma and talazoparib planned for the treatment of breast cancer
