Vitaros(Apricus BioScience) for Erectile Dysfunction rights update
Apricus BioScience has licensed, via subsidiary NextMed, the German rights to its erectile dysfunction drug,Vitaros,to Sandoz AG. The drug is approved in Canada where it is marketed by Abbott Labs and has a Complete Response Letter from the FDA where the drug is to be marketed by Warner Chilcott. The drug is filed in the EU and will be marketed in Italy by Bracco SpA.
