CRSwNP (chronic rhinosinusitis with nasal polyps) is an inflammatory disease of the nose and paranasal sinuses marked by pathophysiological changes that result in nasal polyps, loss of sense of smell, nasal obstruction, nasal discharge/postnasal drip, and facial pain/pressure.1

Type 2 inflammation drives disease pathology in up to 87% of patients with CRSwNP.2-6

This module covers the pathophysiology, disease burden, and clinical interventions of CRSwNP driven by type 2 inflammation.
