The 2018 ESMO Clinical Practice Guidelines on primary cutaneous lymphomas are based on results from recent studies and analyses. Updated recommendations for staging evaluation and treatment are provided with new algorithms for treatment of mycosis fungoides and Sézary syndrome, primary cutaneous CD30-positive lymphoproliferative disorders and the different types of primary cutaneous B cell lymphomas.
