Guidelines on the management of AL amyloidosis - British Society for Haematology (BSH)

These guidelines provide guidance on the management of patients with AL amyloidosis. The guideline discusses the principles of treating a patient with AL amyloidosis and provides recommendations and details for treatments (including stem cell transplantation) both at diagnosis and relapse. Monitoring of treatment and definitions of response are discussed.

These guidelines also make recommendations for supportive care.
