Admission to Sessions
Admission to 2023 Annual Meeting educational sessions is reserved for meeting registrants and registered members of the press only. Guests and exhibitors will not be admitted to educational sessions. In consideration of fire codes and as a courtesy to others, those without tickets will not be allowed into ticketed sessions.
Children and Guests
The AAAAI asks delegates to refrain from taking children, spouses or guests to any educational session offered at the 2023 Annual Meeting. Registered guests are welcome to relax in the Hospitality Suite or visit the Exhibit Hall. An adult must accompany children under the age of 18 at all times.
Discounted Registration Fee for Fellows/Members from Developing Countries
The discount program for members from developing countries offers current AAAAI Fellows and members in countries designated as “low income” or “lower-middle income” by the World Bank (based on gross national income per capita) a 50% discount on registration fees. Your eligibility requirements will be verified before your registration is processed.
1. Current AAAAI Fellows and members, with membership fees paid through December 2023, are eligible for this discounted registration.
2. Only individual delegates who pre-register by Wednesday, February 1, 2023 for the Annual Meeting are eligible for this discount. This discount is not available to individuals who register after February 1, 2023 or groups.
3. The registering delegate must permanently reside in one of these eligible countries:

Lost & Found
Any items turned in to the Registration Desk will be kept for 90 days after the conclusion of the 2023 AAAAI Annual Meeting. After 90 days, any unclaimed items will be discarded.
Access to online registration will be given to AAAAI Fellows on Wednesday, October 5, 2022; to all AAAAI members on Wednesday, October 19, 2022; and to all delegates on Wednesday, November 2, 2022. Exhibitor registration opens on November 9, 2022. The deadline for early registration pricing is Wednesday, February 1, 2023. The registration desk will be located in the Henry B. Gonzalez Convention Center, Hall 1 Concourse. To avoid waiting in line, please be sure to pick up your packet early. Onsite registration will also be available.
